About AKL

The Fraternity of Alpha Kappa Lambda is a 501 (c) 7 not for profit.  As a membership association it is governed by membership meetings and our National Executive Council.  Our operations are managed by a National Headquarters Staff.

 

Headquarters Staff

The National Headquarters is overseen by the Executive Director.  Under his direction staff provide support to chapters as well as membership services.  The NHQ staff is also responsible for the expansion of the organiation.

 

National Executive Council

The National Executive Council (NEC) serves as the board of directors for the organization.  They are a policy making body that employees the Executive Director.

 

National President

The National President is the highest volunteer position within the organization.  He is responsible for leading the National Executive Council and the membership meetings we call Conclave.  He also represents the Fraternity to the outside community.  This link takes you to our scroll of National Presidents.

 

Executive Director

The Executive Director serves as the CEO of the Fraternity.  He is responsible for the day to day operations of the organization, implementation of policy and strategic plans.  This link tales you to the scrol of our Executive Directors.
