Gamma Beta (Alabama) Chapter Manager

Position Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support chapter operations for Gamma Beta Chapter at University of Alabama
  • Provide financial management support and risk management training for Gamma Beta Chapter
  • Provide NHQ with assessments of chapter operations.
  • Assist in volunteer cultivation, training, and coordinating alumni events.
  • Act as Facilities Manager when necessary for inspections and walk-throughs.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree is required.  Multitasking skills are necessary.  Applicant must be willing to relocate to Tuscaloosa, Alabama and live at the chapter property.

Compensation

Salary ranges for entry to mid-level positions based on experience and educational background.  Benefits include health insurance, travel expenses, training/educational opportunities, and housing at chapter house in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Expansion Specialist

Position Responsibilities

  • Work directly on all colonization efforts for new and reestablishing chapters of the Fraternity of Alpha Kappa Lambda. Including but not limited to; establishing wish list, referral collection, member communication, event planning, volunteer recruitment
  • Assist in the development, and chartering, of ongoing colonization projects
  • Provide colony educational opportunities as needed
  • Establish ongoing communication with colony leadership
  • Plan and develop ideas for future expansion sites
  • Establish and cultivate a working relationship with institutions Fraternity/Sorority Life staff and stakeholders (students, volunteers, parents) of potential campuses
  • Support the efforts of the National Headquarters staff with ongoing projects and national events.

Qualifications
