Chapter corporations are responsible for the oversight of chapter finances, overall member communications, and chapter property. Every chapter of Alpha Kappa Lambda must be incorporated in the state in which their chapter resides. Chapter corporations must meet annually as a whole and then hold regular board meetings throughout the year.
