Why run for National Vice-President of Finance?

I am running for the office of VP of Finance to continue providing guidance and leadership on the oversight of the national fraternity finances during a most difficult time. The multi-year trends challenging AKL and the entire fraternity system, requires prudent financial management and innovative engagement with our membership. The future is very uncertain and I intend to apply sound guidance for proposals to the NEC board and Executive Director on the financial management of operations. My leadership style is to engage all members of the board and Finance Committee to build a consensus of a reasonable path forward on a plan of action.
