    The headquarters staff is responsible for day-to-day operations of the organization, including various services for alumni and undergraduate members.

    National Executive Council

     

    The National Executive Council is the board of directors of the Fraternity.  Members of this board are either appointed by the current board or elected at the biennial National Conclave.  Undergraduate representatives to the NEC are elected by the undergraduate members twice a year.
