The Fraternity of Alpha Kappa Lambda, AKL Education Foundation, and OmegaFi are pleased to introduce Laura Landry, as the new Director of Development for the AKL Education Foundation.
Laura joins staff after spending the past five years with Phi Sigma Sigma and the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation. With the Fraternity, she held the role of Director of Recruitment and Extension and the Development Officer for the Foundation. With the Foundation, she helped develop a Major Gift program as well a collegiate giving program. Laura will take the lead in coordinating all capital campaign and annual fund efforts for the AKL Education Foundation. She’ll attend the 2016 National Conclave, participate in the Foundation Board meetings, and help our foundation launch their capital campaign.”

Before moving into the non-profit world, Laura worked in Minor League Baseball where she sold groups, tickets and sponsorships for a Boston Red Sox affiliate, Chicago Cubs affiliate and the Los Angeles Dodgers affiliate. Laura, who is originally from the Boston area, graduated from Fitchburg State College in 2007 with a degree in Communications. She currently resides in Lexington, Kentucky.
