The National Headquarters staff is responsible for the daily operations of the Fraternity of Alpha Kappa Lambda. NHQ staff maintains membership and financial records and provides support and assistance to collegiate and alumni members. The staff develops new programs with the help of stakeholders and various resources.  The Alpha Kappa Lambda National Headquarters staff exists to provide professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly support, guidance and structure to our membership.


Executive Director/CEO – Jeremy Slivinski

Jeremy is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and has been on National Headquarters staff since 2001. He has served as the Executive Director/CEO since 2006. As Executive Director, Jeremy oversees the day-to-day management of the Fraternity operations including the supervision of National Headquarters staff, managing the strategic vision of Alpha Kappa Lambda, organizing the financial affairs of the Fraternity, and oversight of services to all members.

Assistant Executive Director/COO – Jeffrey Szumanski

Jeff attended Eastern Michigan University, was a Founding Father of the Gamma Iota chapter, and has been a part of National Headquarters staff since 2007. He has served as the Assistant Executive Director/COO since 2014. As Assistant Executive Director, Jeff oversees all chapter services; ensuring proper operating procedures of all chapters, risk management compliance, OmegaFi operations, management of National Headquarters staff, and event planning.

Director of Education Programs – Guy Davis

Guy Davis attended Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Iowa. He was a Founding Father of the chapter at VCU and has been a part of National Headquarters staff since 2016. He has held roles surrounding education and development the entirety of his entire time on National Headquarters staff. Guy oversees all chapter membership education, membership entry process, and membership records.

Communications Manager – William “Trey” Nunnally

William “Trey” Nunnally graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and has been a part of National Headquarters staff since 2016. He previously held the role of Regional Manager. Trey oversees all marketing and branding of Alpha Kappa Lambda, publishing of InsideAKL, and promotional materials for all national events such as National Conclave an Officers’ Academy.

Coordinator of Growth – Evan Ridenour

Evan Ridenour graduated from Indiana University and has been a part of the National Headquarters staff since mid-2020. Evan oversees all growth efforts including restarting closed chapters and opening new chapters. He also advisors new chapter operations as they develop. Along with opening chapters, he also assists existing chapters in recruitment and training members who join.

Recruitment & Expansion Specialist- Katie Brady

Katie Brady graduated from Missouri State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and her Master’s Degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education. Katie previously served as Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Emporia State University and is a proud member of Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority. Katie’s primary focus will be AKL chapters in the Midwest (Kansas, Missouri, Iowa) with a focus on recruitment and operations of the chapter.
