Executive Director/CEO – Jeremy Slivinski
Jeremy Slivinski, a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, has been part of the National Headquarters staff since 2001 and has served as Executive Director/CEO since 2004. In this role, he manages the day-to-day operations of the Fraternity, supervises National Headquarters staff, guides the strategic vision of Alpha Kappa Lambda, oversees financial affairs, and ensures quality services for all members.

Assistant Executive Director/COO – Jeffrey Szumanski
Jeffrey Szumanski, an Eastern Michigan University alumnus and Founding Father of the Gamma Iota chapter, has been with National Headquarters since 2007. Serving as Assistant Executive Director/COO since 2014, Jeff manages chapter services, enforces proper operational procedures and risk management compliance, oversees OmegaFi operations, supervises staff, and coordinates event planning.

Director of Education Programs – Guy Davis
Guy Davis attended Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Iowa. A Founding Father of the VCU chapter, he has been with National Headquarters since 2016, focusing on education and development. Guy leads chapter membership education, the membership entry process, and maintains membership records.

Director of Growth- Joshua Clary
Josh Clary, who attended Emporia State University, Fort Hays State University, and the University of Southern Mississippi, previously served as Director of Student Development at Missouri Western State University. He now oversees chapter recruitment strategies, assists chapters in exceeding recruitment goals, and leads efforts to expand the fraternity with new chapters nationwide.

Assistant Director of Growth- Gabriel Diaz-Serrano
Gabriel Diaz-Serrano, an Emporia State University graduate, supports chapter recruitment initiatives and helps chapters surpass their recruitment targets. He also contributes to the fraternity’s growth by aiding in the establishment of new chapters across the country.
